    Louisiana State University is cheaper than the University of Maryland when compared based on tuition fees. While pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at Louisiana State University can attract a first-year tuition fee of INR 24 Lacs to INR 25 Lacs (depending on the choice of course), pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at the University of Maryland can be more expensive. The University of Maryland offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses that have tuition fees as high as INR 76 Lacs (executive MBA/PGDM).

    Acc. to Wilson method, out of every 100 people 40 choose University of Maryland and 60 choose LSU.

    As per U.S News and World Report,  

    • Tuition and fees at University of Maryland are $40,306 (out-of-state), $11,505 (in-state).
    • Tuition and fees at LSU are $28,631 (out-of-state), $11,954 (in-state).

    As we can see clearly, LSU is cheaper than Maryland.
