I would not recommend it. There have been serious questions about its mass comm dept. in the past.

Lovely University is one of the leading Universities in providing quality education and it has good rankings in various areas like industry interface, infrastructure, hostel facilities, academics etc.
It is India's largest University.For mass communication i think this university would be the best
