Being alumni I must say in LPU, B.Tech. is one of the most leading program for the students because of the global acceptance. I feel that undoubtedly in today's date Lovely Professional University is the most demanding University by parents, Students & of course by prospective employers from all over the world. Best part is that LPU is giving equal focus / priority to all the streams of B.Tech. for the all-round development of B.Tech. Students. & equal opportunities in terms of Placement. As per my perspective: I would say LPU is the best private university to go for B.Tech, it is one of the top 5 universities in India, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. Programme Outcomes: With the help of this programme student will learn how to Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions. This programme gives the exposure to student to understand the impact of the professional engineering solutions in societal and environmental contexts, and demonstrate the knowledge of, and need for sustainable development. Life-long learning: Recognize the need for, and have the preparation and ability to engage in independent and life-long learning in the broadest context of technological change. As the cost of engineering is quite high in all the colleges, so LPU provides scholarship based on various categories. LPU believes that money should not be a constraint to any individual so whatever scholarship applies will be reduced from your every semester fees. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself. Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package available for the Engineering programme is 42 lacs. Per annum till now. LPU campus is well planned and advanced in terms of facilities and technologies. LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. You will find the students and staff from about 50 Countries; from Cities, Suburbs, small Towns; from every ethnic & religious background. There is strong system for attendance, education and examination. You have to follow the timetable for your classes and maintain the good percentage in attendance. UMS is the best and main toll actually that is centralized one system for all Academic operations. Almost everything is online in the campus. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university.
