Is Lovely Professional University is good for B.Tech in CSE?

CSE is an academic programme at many universities which comprises scientific and engineering aspects of computing. To my advice, one must go for Computer Science and Engineering as it has been one of the most lucrative and competitive course to study since its inception in Indian engineering colleges. Hello Nihal, LPU is good for LPU because B Tech CSE is its forte. Its a big department and hundreds of students study in this department. The curriculum taught here is of international standard. One gets to learn from foreign and industry experts. There are provisions of international credits in some programmes where a student gets an opportunity to go abroad to study. As far as the domain of computers is concerned it is protean. Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. , Number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. I am saying this because my cousin brother has completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. Hi there, Firstly, Congratulations for your selection in LPU. It is a big pleasure. Being an alumni as well as an existing student at LPU, it is a pleasure to answer your query. I believe no university or college is bad yet all give their best to fulfill their promises. I have an experience of LPU and on that basis I suggest you to go for LPU. I am myself not an engineering student but my roommate during Masters was a CSE student at LPU. Thus, to my experience she was quite happy with all the policies LPU had. Be it academics, she was really enjoying that part along with the projects and extracurricular activities. LPU also provides a very marvelous in-campus residential facility which proves to be much favorable for students. Students get to work in labs after 5 PM too. Moreover, students can avail the benefits of library late night till 12 AM and during exams upto 2 AM also. LPU does have the latest technology and resources that students can utilize during their projects and dissertations. The placements are also good when talking about LPU. As how can one forget how it breaks the records of placements every year. From my personal experience, I would mention that most of my friends from engineering courses have been placed in big companies. If you ask me, I would give my heart to say that go for LPU, it will enhance your personality overall. The university has tie-ups Oracle to train us better and with huge companies for placements like Google, Microsoft, Capgemini, Amazon, JOSH technology group, Tech Mahindra, TCS and others who visit every year offering attractive packages to students. The average package is around 3.5lakhs - 4.5lakhs p. a. The deserving ones are also seen ceasing the opportunity by getting placed with a whopping package of 20-25 LPA. CSE dept. Of LPU is having the highest number of students under a single dept. Being an alumni of LPU I had many friends from CSE and I used to SEE them wearing formal drees almost every day because their placement drives would happen every day in their final year. Most of the student get offers in their third year itself. The placement record of CSE from LPU is phenomenal. Every year LPU breaks its own record in terms of placements. Student from LPU got placed in Microsoft at a package of 42 LPA and many giants like Amazon, Interviewbit have offered packages of around 26LPA to LPU students from CSE. VMWARE, Jugnoo, Pegasystems have offered packages of 9LPA to students, many other companies like Wipro, Capgemini, Bosch have offered packages of 6 LPA and the list is endless. The CSE dept.
