    Well after completing your diploma you can proceed with B.tech Lateral entry programme. In my opinion Lovely professional university is good in all aspects.

    Yes, you can opt for B.Tech Civil Engineering
    I did my B.tech in Civil Engineering from LPU, So, I will give you the exact picture of Civil Engineering at LPU.
    Apart from being one of Indias best civil engineering colleges in Punjab, Lovely Professional University takes pride in obtaining the NABL accreditation. In order to enhance the learning experience of the civil engineering students, the University has established a laboratory named, Unilab mechanical testing of building and construction material.

    B. Tech after Diploma, around 60% of core subjects will be covered by you. This means you will be among top students in your B. Tech class and will pass the degree with flying colors. After doing Diploma, you will save one year by enrolling in second year of B. Tech program and will complete your study in three years.

    B.Tech Civil Engineering - Programme Details
    An Engineering program which articulates the concepts from basic science to technology through lab practice and projects to gain knowledge in areas like Structural, Environmental & Highway Engineering, Construction Management etc., which are in sync with industry requirements.
    Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST

    It is good for civil engineering students as university provides various opportunities to develop at overall level.
  • Dear Mayank, B. Tech civil is one of the best programmes in LPU. It also gives credit exchange option in which you complete your 2 years in India and two years in a foreign University. This Programme is having wonderful placements with few opting for higher studies.
