Yes, LPU is nice for the ECE programme. LPU offers ECE degree programmes at the Diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. I have many friends who have completed B.Tech and M.Tech in the ECE degree programme and got placed in various MNCs. LPU provides very good opportunities to all the students of the ECE department. There are some facts that you would also like about the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering in LPU. Placements: LPU has a good placement record for ECE students. Every year, more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are BOSCH, Microsoft, Code Nation, Adobe, etc. in which students of ECE are placed. The highest package offered for the ECE programme at LPU is 31 LPA and the average package is 5.1 LPA. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Hands-on Practical: Students who study ECE from LPU get an opportunity to do practical work in their field more than theoretical as LPU has Robotics and Automation lab, BOSCH Lab, and other workshops conducted by this department such as Robotics workshop, Labview workshop, and many more. LPU is a university very famous for engineering courses be it an ECE, CSE, mechanical, or whatever. Basically, LPU has gained a lot of good placements and there's a reason for that their way of teaching is very innovative and they have highly qualified faculty members and they\re also from IIIT, IITs and Iims and most of them PhDs. Plus ECE is one of the most demanded and prominent courses of LPU. Every year thousands of students apply for this course in LPU and admission has been increasing every year. Moreover, LPU placements have always been in the news. Every year more than 500 + companies for placements, students secured salary packages of up to Rs 27.5 LPA and placement opportunities from companies like Amazon, Adobe, Bosch Engineering, VMware, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Schneider Electric India, HP India, LG Soft India Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc. Last year Tanya Arora from B.Tech got 42 LPA from Microsoft. And LPU also has endless tie-ups and accreditation moreover LPU has tie-ups with Upgrade for a few B.Tech specializations.
