Undoubtedly, LPU is the right place for Engineering as it donot leave any stone unturned for the better placements of the students. Hi Tulasi, Once I was travelling by train from New Delhi to Jalandhar and on my adjacent seats, two students were sitting who were studying in engineering in LPU. Being an educator, I was curious to know about the University, so the same I did. The points they highlighted I will mention below 1) The faculty and the infrastructure and other facilities are excellent. 2) The placements are 100% and the preparation for the same starts from the very first year. Recently, a girl got placed at a package of 42 LPA. Moreover, Amazon recruited LPU students with 28 LPA. More than 650 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average package of 4-10 LPA. 3)They give you the option to choose your pathway elective as well that whether you want a corporate Job or Research or Government Job or you want to be an entrepreneur. 4) There is more than twelve Center of Excellence established by reputable companies like Automation Anyware, Texas Instruments, CISCO, SAP, Cadence, etc. 5) There is an innovation studio in LPU where students can work on their ideas. Moreover, in 2019, when the Indian Science Congress held in LPU, LPU Students also design Solar-powered Driverless Bus to ferry PM Modi to Indian Science Congress 2019 in this studio. 6) Last but not the least, the students told me that LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO.
