Is LPU a good college for MBA in terms of placement?

LPU is ranked 37th in management in the recent NIRF rankings The placements are tremendous and you'll get plenty of opportunities to choose from but it is your duty to maintain a capable academic record so that you can fetch a job in the best company that visits the university for recruitment. The placement in MBA at LPU is about 95% and above. Almost all batches were placed in well-known companies. Average package offered for MBA students is 4.5 LPA. Some of the leading companies (like Practo, Think and Learn, Colgate, ICICI Prudential, Tech Mahindra, Axis bank, WNS, CISCO etc. ). Recruited a good number of students from our department with the maximum package of 17 Lacs. Every year, Around 550+ companies visit for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. And this year for batch graduating in 2019, already more than 650 placement/internship drives have been conducted till February 2019 with leading industry giants (more than 90% being MNCs). This companies are visited LPU campus for recruitment. In LPU, MBA programme comes under Mittal School of Business which is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation. Last year in MBA students got a package of max 16 Lacs per annum and the average packages were of 5 Lacs per annum. So I will recommend you to visit LPU campus at least once and you can contact through website. LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. However, after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities.

I recall one of my friend who took admission in B-school of LPU and she always said that Professionalism is taught by Professional Universities and so it is by Lovely Professional University which is one of the best Private University in India. LPU is a private college, although it is fairly good. But, I would suggest you do the MBA from a more recognised college whose ranking is among the TOP colleges - then the chances of getting a good job is more high. Your career profile will get enhanced. Rest is your choice.
