Yes, honestly, LPU is a pretty good option if you're looking at Nutrition & Dietetics, especially from a practical learning point of view. Yahan programme ka focus sirf books tak limited nahi rehta… you actually get to study clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, food science, community nutrition matlab human health ka full 360° understanding milta hai. Labs aur food analysis practicals ka exposure bhi kaafi solid hota hai, jahan students diet planning, nutritional assessment, aur meal therapy jaisi real-life skills pe kaam karte hain. Plus internships in hospitals, wellness centres, and food industries add that industry touch, so you don't feel lost after graduation. Creative angle yeh hai ki programme tumhe sirf “diet charts banane wala” nahi banata… it shapes you into a health advisor, lifestyle consultant, aur preventive healthcare expert which is honestly super relevant in today's fitness & wellness obsessed world.
