Is LPU a good option for hotel management course?

Hospitality is a skill which is key in all sectors with no barriers ! Dear Venkatesh, Yes, LPU is a good option for the hotel management course. My sister completed her B.Sc. (Hotel Management) course from LPU and now working in Taj Hotel Delhi. Let me share few points about the Hotel Management programme at LPU : Curriculum: High academic standards are maintained by offering the curriculum framed in consultation with industry experts. Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges. University-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. Infrastructure: The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchen and bakery are equipped to enable a student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through most modern gazettes. We have few training restaurants to teach a student about the authentic serving style of food and beverage. We are equipped with one front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer laboratories with 60 computers, and a simulation laboratory for aviation. So I must say that LPU would be the best option for pursuing the course for HOTEL MANAGEMENT. As university possess a hotel which not only give practical exposure but also the real time ELIGIBILITY : The student must pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
