Is LPU a good university? How are their faculty ?

LPU is the best private university with more than 3000 faculty members in the university. LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The experienced staff who meets UGC norms are deputed to teach and guide the students. The pedagogy which is undertaken to teach students is always updated with new initiatives like flip classroom, more discussions etc. This is a place where a student develops confidence and takes initiatives, develops entrepreneurial abilities and learn to survive in challenging conditions. The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognizant, SAP, Microsoft etc. So that updated curriculum is provided. LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. Hi Mehdi, faculty are the quintessence of an academic body. Without good faculty no good resultsfrom an academic body can be expected. The faculty of LPU are trained professionals who have studied at top universities of the country and have worked with industrial giants also are equipped with academic excellence. Most of them have studied at reputed universities and institutions. They deserve to be the faculty hence they are at the dais. The academic and professional details about faculty are mentioned on the website. The teachers also act as mentors to the students. The students can call them and talk to them to get an answer to any academic or personal problem they feel stuck at. The faculty are engaged in higher learning and research work simultaneously. Such is the ambience of LPU. LPU is a brand in itself. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. LPU has over 2300 highly qualified faculty, and most of them are either Ph.D. or pursuing Ph.D. The faculty members give their best to make you understand the things in an easy approach. University takes utmost care and no chance in choosing qualified faculty members. Also, the University keeps on conducting regular Faculty Development Programs so that they can update the faculty members with the industry and the latest needs. As far as the curriculum is concerned, the syllabus gets updated by industry experts so that the demands of the industry are MET once students pass out from the university. This is very much helpful for students. The research oriented faculty members are very much dedicated to carrying out research work. They have many patents under their hood. The faculty members are awarded with projects worth crores by the central government. And foreign universities. And every year they get hundreds of research papers published which itself is an achievement. In short, the faculty members of LPU are very much dedicated to providing world class teaching to its students. One unique thing about faculty is that at LPU if the students do not give good feedback of a particular teacher or not liking the way he teaches then they can report it to the head of the dept who reports the same to the head of school and finally the teacher gets replaced. However, one come across such incidents not very often.
