Is LPU best for aerospace engineering and placement?

Look you can't say the best for aerospace engineering. Many other reputed universities you may get. I think LPU won't be a better option.You should try somewhere else. I agree LPU has a good hall of fame in other substreams of engineering but not aerospace.

Hi Shashank, This is new department and is doing very well. The course for Aerospace Engineering has been designed for learners who intend to design aircraft, spacecraft, satellites and missiles. In addition, these engineers test prototypes to make sure that they function according to plans. These professionals also design components and sub-assemblies for these craft like engines, air-frames, wings. The course equips a student to be able to effectively build and communicate the solutions crafted using learnings from basic aerospace engineering, basic sciences, mathematics and computational skills and tools. He will have the ability to comprehend the problems and craft solutions in the field of Aerodynamics, Aerospace structure, Aerospace Vehicle design and propulsions. He will rightly apply the associated learning for the atmospheric Flight mechanics, JET And Rocket propulsions, Gas Dynamics, and Space Flight Mechanics for the solutions to real world problems. He would demonstrate the ability to propose cost effective optimized solutions for aerospace sector using simulated environment of Computer aided design, computer aided manufacturing and computer aided engineering. As per the NIRF ranking, LPU is ranked 66th among all government and private universities. As per the Times of India ranking LPU was at no 36. The highest package offered in the course is about 9.55 Lacs, the lowest package is 3-4 Lacs and the average package is 6-7 Lacs. There are many internship opportunities at the university. Recently, an A. P. J. Abdul Kalam fan, a stargazer and a diehard space enthusiast overcame all challenges posed by the pandemic to strike gold at the prestigious International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition (IAAC) 2021. Gopalchetty Brahma and Vinay Kumar Reddy Andluri topped the youth category (over 18 years), while Sathwik Bikumalla won gold in the junior category (under 18 years) in the online competition. All three are Aerospace Engineering students at Lovely Professional University. IAAC 2021, one of the worlds the largest astronomy competitions, registered over 4,700 participants, 1,300 of who made it to the pre-final and final rounds. The participants were tested in their knowledge of astronomy and astrophysics.
