Is LPU best for B.Tech?

If you see the teaching, it’s tremendous. But my friend, do not join LPU. It is rumored that students who do not get admission into local colleges of tier state, go at LPU. Same is the case with Amity. The whole campus, placement is to just attract you students. Have you ever heard advertisement coming for VIT, BITS? I never had seen any such stuff. But LPU and Amity are doing such because they want money and students. So I prefer you to select colleges in your own state or any other private universities like VIT, SRM, BITS, etc. but not LPU and Amity.

Yes! LPU is one of the best universities in India and not only for B. Tech but for various other programs like business, architecture, civil engineering, hotel management, computer science, journalism, law, etc. LPU provides plethora of opportunities, considering the interest of all types of students. However the point to be noted is the best part that everything goes on simultaneously without hampering the flow of studies. I gad been a student at LPU and did my B.Tech & M.Tech integrated Biotechnology from here. I enjoyed all shades of academia. On one side where the studies were on the best hype the other side also gave us the opportunity to present our research works in forms of projects and paper presentations in front of international platform. Hi, Once I was travelling by train from New Delhi to Jalandhar and on my adjacent seats, two students were sitting who were studying in engineering in LPU. Being an educator, I was curious to know about the University, so the same I did. The points they highlighted I will mention below 1) The faculty and the infrastructure and other facilities are excellent. LPU has been ranked 78th amongst all government and private universities by NIRF ranking released by MHRD, Government of India. 2) The placements are 100% and the preparation for the same starts from the very first year. Recently, a girl got placed at a package of 42 LPA. Moreover, Amazon recruited LPU students with 28 LPA. More than 700 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average package of 6-11 LPA. 3)They give you the option to choose your pathway elective as well that whether you want a corporate Job or Research or Government Job or you want to be an entrepreneur. 4) There is more than twelve Center of Excellence established by reputable companies like Automation Anyware, Texas Instruments, CISCO, SAP, Cadence, etc. 5) There is an innovation studio in LPU where students can work on their ideas. Moreover, in 2019, when the Indian Science Congress held in LPU, LPU Students also design Solar-powered Driverless Bus to ferry PM Modi to Indian Science Congress 2019 in this studio. 6) Last but not the least, the students told me that LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. LPU is one of the best universities for B tech CSE. LPU is Ranked 14th Best Private Engineering University in North Zone. It has good Infrastructure along with infrastructure it has highly qualified faculty members with good teaching experience. Along with core subjects, they also teach students communication skills, soft skills and analytical skills. One best thing is that they have tie-ups with good companies for placements. D.81 companies like Amazon, Hindustan Unilever, Ashok Leyland, ITC Limited, Cognizant, Loreal, Axis Bank, SAP Labs, Capgemini, Elgi Equipments, HSBC, ICICI, Anglo Eastern and Amdocs, which recruit from IITs/Iims and also recruit LPU students.
