As per my experience in LPU. Lovely professional University is best place for B.Tech CSE. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. It provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. With a great curriculum which is benchmarked with foreign universities. Placements are also good. CSE students got placement in Amazon with a package of 28 LPA. As per the last year record of LPU, the average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10 LPA.

An institute can't be said best on only one parameters. And an institute can never be the best on all the parameters. As far as the CSE is concerned, The IITs of the country holds the place, followed by TOP NITs and deemed state and autonomous universities. LPU has it's position too far from them. One great thing about lpu is placements which are huge in number. Hence, prefer the institute in the relative order in which those are mentioned.
