Hi Prachi, I can say LPU is equally good as INIFD is. LPU provided an environment to the students that encourages them to experiment with different materials to create conceptual wear and accessories. LPU students are exposed to Fashion shows, craft fairs, industry internships and craft documentation
    -Skill oriented and application-based learning
    -practical based learning
    -workshops and live projects
Every year, its fashion shows provide a platform for the holistic development of the students to showcase their talent on-ramp. Its fashion design student Tanushree won a direct entry for Miss India Finals. So, LPU is better. All the best.

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

After you log in to the counselling portal after the results go out, you need to honestly fill your choices of course/specialization. LPU will then look for which rank you are in the merit list, check availabilities, and allocate seats accordingly based on your previously chosen course/specialization seats and rank.
