    According to me, CU is the best option for pursuing mechanical engineering as it is a great university and it is well recognised and it SAT a record of producing the most competent engineers.     CU is the best option for pursuing mechanical engineering as it is a great university and it is well recognised and it SAT a record of producing the most competent engineers.     In my opinion, you should definitely go for Mechanical Engineering at Chandigarh University. It all depends on the parameters on which you are comparing the institutions. Whether you look at the quality of the education being provided, or the new technologies being incorporated in the delivery of education, or the academic credentials of the faculty, or the job opportunities being offered, or even the average placement packages - Chandigarh University outperforms VIT in these parameters.
