For LPU faculty members, the highest qualification will be PhD, but not for all. Most will be M.Tech but not less than that. Our HODs may be M.Tech, may be PhD, but one thing they all will be having in common is immense experience in teaching and academic management. Our deans are industrial people

Yes, they are. Few of them may be newcomers with just completing their Masters, but the rest are carrying a bunch of degrees and experiences and they are highly paid too.
