As per my knowledge and experience as Alumni LPU Faculty hired is at par as per the requirements of UGC. Hence one could go Government UGC site to be able to understand more details on this. Well, that's more of a judgemental question, nobody could be 100 % precise with this information. But overall, the quality of faculty members is good in almost all the reputed Universities across the country. Faculty members hold good industry experienced, hold related degrees, and are recruited through a tedious process.

I would like to share that the faculty members at LPU always burn the midnight oil so that their students outshine in their respective fields as well as careers. LPU composed of the best faculty members from IIM, IITs and the other best B schools. Maximum faculty members are PhD's or pursuing the same.
