Is LPU good for B.Sc in airline tourism and hospitality management and how are the placements?

Dear Joy Jadhav, Yes, LPU is good for B.Sc. In Airline Tourism and Hospitality Management in terms of academics and placements. To get admission to the programme, you should have passed with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. Moreover, you have to qualify for the LPU NEST exam conducted by LPU. This programme can basically be described as a combination of theoretical know-how, practical experiences, and industry-focused study. The programme offerings are quite extensive ranging from airline operations and tourism concepts to accounting and communication skills. The University has a simulation aircraft wherein students receive lab sessions. The set-up is like that of a business class aircraft for helping provide students with hands-on training to serve as cabin crew. The programme also includes internships as a part of its industry immersion to make students more efficient and employable. While working on live projects you will be tested on different grounds including problem-solving, critical thinking, and so on. Lastly, the placement scenario at LPU with respect to this course is also quite good, with globally popular airlines like Qatar Airways participating in its placement drive. The highest package offered for the programme is INR 8.5 LPA. As far as I know, every year more than 95% of students are placed in this programme. I hope this helps Thanks!

Placements are just really good and students got an average package of 5 LPA this year and after doing graduation from here, I think the package is more than enough, so this way you can proceed. All the very best.
