As an Educator I would compare the universities on following:
Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since it is a highly dynamic field, you cant afford a program which is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi.

Industry interface: Ultimately its the industry which is going to immerse the students in the placements, the regular industrial talks, interactions, lectures, visits and internships are must have in any tech program.
Professional etiquette: It is the most important part these days, the personality, ethics, virtuous, speech, body language, interpersonal skills etc are given high importance in the organisations. The program must include the training or modules on all these.
Diversity: As he world shrinks into a aligned economy, the professionals will be required to work in cross cultural teams having entirely different work culture and ethos, the national and international diversity of students in a college is helpful in enabling the students develop right sensibilities for such work atmosphere.
Entrepreneurship : Even though most of the students go for jobs, the exposure to entrepreneurship is required. This helps the professionals know how the other departments and the profit center heads work, what are the expectations etc. The college must have innovation labs, design thinking and business incubator.
Placements : The program is only means to the end ! And desired end of such course is a placement. You must check if the college/university has sold track record of placements or not.
If your college ticks all these right boxes, go for it!

Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU is a well renowned university, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. Let me share the course highlights .Apart from being proficient in latest technologies, the department aims to hone the technical expertise of its students by organizing timely workshops and guest lectures. This helps in capacity building, better career prospects and good placements.
The school also adopt and adapt the latest in technological innovations with some of the course assessments being carried out on competitive programming platforms such as HackerRank, HackerEarth and Codechef. All this ensures a breeding ground for high skilled technological enthusiasts.
