Yes lpu is very good university. But i would suggest you not to wait further as admissions in lpu is at very fast rate and only few days are left. Visit its campus - it has good campus life, good infrastructure as well with all those facilities one required. Check its website for its various rankin

I don't think so. You have much better options in Delhi & Jaipur
