Dear Anuj, Yes, LPU is the best private university in India for civil engineering in terms of placements. My friend did B.Tech and M.Tech at LPU itself. The highest package offered for the civil at LPU is 31 LPA by Code Nation. Students are placed in companies like Cleanmax Solar, Al Rakha (UAE), Dharam Consulting, Era Infra Engineering Ltd. , KEC International, Simplex, WSP India, XL Dynamics, CVENT, Rishishwar Construction, Premier Developers and Contractors, etc. The best thing I like about LPU about placement is, they provide placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. LPU received an Employability award by Aspiring Mind in 2020 for best placement Institute in India. It is common for them to split their time between working in an office and working outdoors at construction sites so that they can monitor operations or solve problems onsite. Now to work in multilingual environment, there is a high requirement of exposure to both National & International platform at the time of your pursuance of course itself. So in my opinion, it's better to grab the opportunity of International Exposure provided by the University. I am not sure about the offerings of other Universities, but being alumni of Lovely Professional University, I must assure you about such offerings of LPU itself. LPU's International transfer option allows students to pursue the terminal semester/year of their degree and further receive the final Degree certificate from the foreign partner university only. At the same time student can go for Summer/Winter School, Semester Exchange.
