    Yes, LPU is the best private university for Electronics and Communication. LPU offers electronics and communication undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate degree levels. I have many friends who have done B.Tech and M.Tech in ECE from LPU and got placed in reputed MNCs. Being alumni of LPU, let me share a few about ECE at LPU with you. Hi there,  

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
