Is LPU good for hotel management in terms of placement?

I'm not familiar with LPU. However, I can share my thoughts regarding Chandigarh University. Chandigarh University is one of Punjab's leading institutes for Hotel Management and Tourism. The University Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (UITHM), with its internationally trained faculty, prepares students both intellectually and practically. Many of the world's best universities offer industry-oriented curriculum in hotel management courses. Hotel management degrees provide students with the necessary abilities, knowledge, and attitude to perform supervisory jobs efficiently in the sector. Most notably, Chandigarh University's hotel management placement programme is fantastic. One should be able to get selected for placement because this university has several five-star hotels on its roster.

Being Alumni, I would suggest opting for LPU as in the present scenario; this is the university that caters to the all-around development of its students and nurtures it with care to boost the career to a pinnacle of ultimate success. The top-notch positions obtained by LPU for its Hotel Management and Hospitality stream are commendable. The School grooms students through an industry-endorsed curriculum and intensive service-oriented practicals by faculty with industry exposure in excellent infrastructure.

Hi Devanshu, LPUs Hotel Management and Tourism Discipline is one of the best Hotel Management and Tourism colleges that prepares the students through industry endorsed curriculum and intensive service-oriented practicals with industry exposure in excellent infrastructure. The eligibility for the course is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. There are students from over 70+ countries in the campus. The School trains its students in the campus hotel named University Hotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. I am not aware about LPU. However, I may express my views about Chandigarh University. Chandigarh University is one of Punjab's top hotel management and tourism schools. With its globally qualified staff, the University Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (UITHM) teaches students both intellectually and practically. Many of the world's leading colleges offer hotel management degrees with an industry focus. Hotel management degrees equip students with the skills, knowledge, and attitude needed to succeed in managerial roles in the industry. The hotel management placement programme at Chandigarh University is particularly impressive. Because this university has multiple five-star hotels on its list, one should be able to get picked for placement.

Dear Aspirant, Yes, LPU is good for hotel management in terms of placement as my friends also got placed while studying in the LPU. Good placements record with minimum 10% students selected as Management Trainee (Junior Executive level) till date and the placement is with brands like Cox & Kings, Carnival Cruise, JET Airways, Oberoi, Taj, Leela, etc. Package: Six students were offered the package of Rs 8 Lacs by Carnival Cruise last year. Internship: Industry internships in top national and international five-star hotel brands like The Leela Palace, ITC, Taj, Oberoi, The Grand, Marriott, etc. The best thing I like about LPU about placement is, they provide placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. With the help of this, they can prepare themselves for placements till the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year.
