M.Sc in biotechnology is four-semester programme, to enable graduate students to pursue doctoral studies or professional employment, through imparting in-depth knowledge in the specific domain of Biotechnology along with one-semester independent research project. Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
