LPU offers a course in MCA which states the more one code in the lab, the more one becomes employable is the credo behind the design of this programme. It is ensured that the learner has coded more than 2000 lines of code during industry internship projects. They just done only script a programme in the most happening platforms but are also taught to be resource savvy. Robotics, Cloud Computing and advanced programming techniques make this programme unique and make the learner stand out in crowd. For an MCA the eligibility is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or B.A. Or B.Com. Or B.Sc. (any Graduation) with (Mathematics as one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. There are wonderful placement opportunity as well. Even during the pandemic the students were placed in great capacity with core companies like De Shaw at an annual package of Rs.19.25 lac per annum, CYPHEROCK at Rs 13 lac per annum.
