Is LPU good to pursue mechanical engineering without appearing for GATE?

Dear Tarun, LPU is an international university with more than 200 courses and to take admission a candidate must fulfill some eligibility criteria for a course. Based on GATE score, you just can get good scholarship. So, if a candidate has no GATE score he can take admission with full opportunities

As mechanical engineering is a UG course, so you are not supposed to give GATE exam you can directly get admission on the basis of yours +2 result or by giving LPU-NEST exam.

No, LPU has got a big campus and name and fame but it is not so good. If you want to do it, work hard and qualify GATE exam. According to your GATE score, you will then be eligible for admission is good colleges.
