As per my research, Yes. LPU is recognised by UGC. As per my knowledge, any college or institute cannot become a university without the approval of UGC. In India, LPU is recognised by the University Grant Commission (UGC), the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and the Council of Architecture (COA) and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). It is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Internationally, LPU is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business School and Programs (ACBSP) and a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU). The college was established in 2006 by the Lovely International Trust and has managed to gain enough recognition and popularity in just 15 years.
