Hi Sakshi, LPU is renowned private university with more than 30,000 students and experienced faculty from various institutes. He told that there is separate Department Called Multimedia which comes under school of design III. This Department has well-equipped labs with high end workstations and it has gaming studios also where students can play and test the games on play station, PC and x box platform. LPU Provides degrees of 3 and 4 years after 10+ 2 #B.Sc ( Multimedia), Graphics or gaming ( 3 years) #Design ( Multimedia), Graphics or gaming ( 4 years)The eligibility is : Pass with 60% in 10+2 (with English). I want to highlight the specialisation highlighted by the Alumni which are offered : 1. Animation 2. Game Art 3. VFX Art 4. Game Design Discipline minors are also floated which are: 1.3D visualisation 2. Conceptual Design 3. Effects and simulation 4. Gaming 5. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to designing a curriculum. There is a separate School of Design for the Programmes of Multimedia and Design. This Department has well-equipped labs with high-end workstations and it has gaming studios also where students can play and test the games on play station, PC, and x box platform. The faculty is highly qualified.
