Dear Shashank, Yes, LPU is recognised by UGC. The college was established in 2006 by the Lovely International Trust and has managed to gain enough recognition and popularity in just 15 years. As in keeping with law, universities do not require approval from AICTE to run its guides. It's the institutes that are affiliated to universities wishes AICTE approval. As LPU is a Bonafide University mounted via way of means of a State Act, it does now no longer require AICTE approval.
