Is LPU the best for aerospace engineering?

My cousin's sister is pursuing B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering at LPU itself and she is in the final year now. She told me that recently 3 students from aerospace engineering won gold at the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition (IAAC), 2021.
