As per my knowledge, All the universities are doing good in their own way. Rather than comparing, we should check the university which caters all-around development of students. I would suggest you check the following before finalizing the institute: 1. Rankings 2. Faculty 3. Pedagogy used 4. International exposure 5. Tech-savvy last but not the least Placements Both institutes are doing great in education but I don't have many details for GITAM but Being an alumnus of LPU, I can highlight some of the facts of LPU: #LPU being in education for the last 18 years has fetched many rankings to its credit as compared to any other institute. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. #Several big brands of the industry have visited the LPU campus during academic sessions. # Students are also provided with on-job training, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. #LPU believes in delivering quality, for the same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted by the company officials of Cognizant, Microsoft etc. To provide an updated curriculum. #The center for Professional enhancement of LPU aims at developing new skill sets for its students besides improving their existing skills and competencies. The students get trained in Logical Reasoning, Aptitude, Verbal Ability, and Soft Skills by professional faculty members. LPU provides various opportunities which range from one-day workshops to a semester-long academic course that improves the learning experiences of its students. #LPU has its own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on a satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. #If you consider placements, LPU outperforms in that as well by assisting the student to get the highest package by making the student prepare for the placements. I tell you a girl named Tanya got placed in Microsoft at 42 LPA and many more students got hefty packages which I doubt students have cracked at the other mentioned institute. Lovely Professional University may not be “the best” in an absolute sense (because that depends on what you compare it with—like top IITs or NITs), but among private universities, it is definitely a strong and practical choice, especially for CSE. From my experience, what makes LPU stand out is the exposure, infrastructure, and placement opportunities. You get access to good labs, coding culture, and companies like Amazon, Infosys, and Cognizant. It's not perfect, but if your focus is on building skills and getting placed, it does the job really well. So instead of “best,” it's fair to say LPU is a reliable and worth-it option for many students.

Dear Yash Jangir, Yes, LPU is the best private university for the BTech in Computer Science and Engineering. I did my MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are a few points I would like to share about why CSE is good at LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. in which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. per annum by Microsoft. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the program. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries that help students to explore themselves more in their field such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrad, etc. Specializations: CSE students get many specializations while studying CSE to enhance their knowledge according to their interests such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Science, etc. Apart from this, many opportunities and scholarships are there in LPU while studying for bright students in academics and extracurricular activities. Moreover, the preparation of placement is started in the first year, and the placement record is set to 100% every year. LPU has set the highest placement record in North India.
