Is LPU the best university?

As per my knowledge, All the universities are doing good in their own way. Rather than comparing, we should check the university which caters all-around development of students. I would suggest you check the following before finalizing the institute: 1. Rankings 2. Faculty 3. Pedagogy used 4. International exposure 5. Tech-savvy last but not the least Placements Both institutes are doing great in education but I don't have many details for GITAM but Being an alumnus of LPU, I can highlight some of the facts of LPU: #LPU being in education for the last 18 years has fetched many rankings to its credit as compared to any other institute. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. #Several big brands of the industry have visited the LPU campus during academic sessions. # Students are also provided with on-job training, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. #LPU believes in delivering quality, for the same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted by the company officials of Cognizant, Microsoft etc. To provide an updated curriculum. #The center for Professional enhancement of LPU aims at developing new skill sets for its students besides improving their existing skills and competencies. The students get trained in Logical Reasoning, Aptitude, Verbal Ability, and Soft Skills by professional faculty members. LPU provides various opportunities which range from one-day workshops to a semester-long academic course that improves the learning experiences of its students. #LPU has its own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on a satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. #If you consider placements, LPU outperforms in that as well by assisting the student to get the highest package by making the student prepare for the placements. I tell you a girl named Tanya got placed in Microsoft at 42 LPA and many more students got hefty packages which I doubt students have cracked at the other mentioned institute. As I mentioned there is no comparison but if you still want my opinion, LPU is the right option. #LPU believes in transforming India through transforming education. The very first step towards achieving this transformation is by providing a healthy, supportive and secure atmosphere for the students to study in.

Being a alumni of LPU,Lovely Professional University is the largest single-campus university in India, with more than 30,000 students, over 4000 faculties and staff, offering more than 300 programmes. LPU becomes the favourite landing place for bulk recruiters like Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Amazon, Bosch Engineering, Meditab and many more 4) PEP classes - PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester that prepare you for placement drives. 5) Innovative and productive environment, more emphasize on practical sessions with the benefit of having ragging free campus. 6) You will get an online system i.e UMS ( university management system), in which you can access all the details like your time table, fee status, attendance and result record, exam, schedules and many more. LPU is having experienced, specialized and well qualified faculty members. 70+ faculty / staff members have been from foreign countries, faculty from IIT, IIM and IIIT as LPU concerned about the betterment of the students and long term growth of our University. At present there are around 70 faculty members from IIT, IIMs, IIITs etc. 9)Tons of events - May it be Cultural, Sports or Academic. There are numerous events held in the University campus itself. If you like to dance/sing/act then you will have numerous cultural events, You get a handful of opportunities if you are sports guy. Let it be football, cricket, basketball anything. You will get many-many tournaments in every case. If you are a computer geek, you like coding and all that technological stuff. Always choose the institute that along with good education provides you a platform to improve your ideas and provide an stage to bring your innovative ideas into practice. as far as these colleges are concern,both are good but i would prefer Lovely Professional University. LPU is much better than any other University. It is a UGC recognized and a renowned University and is considered as one among top 5 universities of the country because of its quality education and unbeatable placements, immense on course exposures and a beautiful 600 acres campus to live in with latest facilities. Dear Yash Jangir, Yes, LPU is the best private university for the BTech in Computer Science and Engineering. I did my MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are a few points I would like to share about why CSE is good at LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. in which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. per annum by Microsoft. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the program. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarships to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students based on their academics, extracurricular activities, and other factors. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries that help students to explore themselves more in their field such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrad, etc. Specializations: CSE students get many specializations while studying CSE to enhance their knowledge according to their interests such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Science, etc. Apart from this, many opportunities and scholarships are there in LPU while studying for bright students in academics and extracurricular activities.
