I have completed MBA from Lovely Professional University. So talking about CSE branch is a big task for me, but one of my friend has done B.Tech CSE from Lovely Professional University. She has shared her experience with me. So I got idea that if you are looking forward for pursuing CSE in LPU, it’s a good option. Within the first year, you will get to learn number of basic courses with 2-3 programming languages. With the advancement, of course you will be learning numerous programming languages. In the third year, SAP will be introduced in the curriculum. Limited number of universities provide this course. Here in LPU, students will learn SAP for the entire third year providing them an edge. At the end of second year students, get an option to choose one of seven different minors to pursue (IOT, Big Data, Web Development, Machine Learning, Android App Development, Data Science and Cyber Security). A student can opt for any, according to field of interest.

Yes, LPU is the right option for CSE, because here get a placement in MNC , Amazon, Microsoft above 1 crore package by CSC, 100% placement in CSE. Check the LPU website for more information.

When it comes to courses in LPU, it's not like the only CS is best than other courses. Every course has the best staff and they are good in their skill, but when to compare with other universities choosing a CSE is best. LPU conducts mock interviews for first-year students and in at the end of the second year, you will complete all the core languages like c, c+, Java, python, database, SQL, Operating System, HTML, and some other courses. And from second semester, you will have all English related course and aptitude till end of the third year, and the best thing with the LPU is they start special preparation for placement in end of the second year, like on weekends you have class of soft skills and aptitude and other core language training. After completion of the second year, you have to choose specialization in courses from data Science, android, cyber, web stack, artificial intelligence, machine learning. They provide whatever is required for placements and at the end they make you get placed in some companies that worth for you. But, you have to go with the flow you feel it like torchbearer, because of schedule like classes on weekdays, but all they do it for your sake. They take reviews from students for every semester for each course because LPU is trying to give their best and there will be interaction with various companies so that you will get how the corporate life is.

Dear Ansh, Yes, LPU is the right option for the CSE programme. Being alumni of LPU, I highly recommend LPU for the CSE programme. Of course ! 100% LPU is the right option for CSE. Being an alumni of LPU I would rather say that the school of Agriculture in Lovely Professional University is among the best place for pursuing the B.Sc. In agriculture. Eligibility for admission in this course is as follows (a) 10+2 or Intermediate (with English*, Physics Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Forestry) or (b) 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) or (c) 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent *Condition of English as a subject may be waived off provided the candidate has studied in English medium. Many companies/organizations are present here for select Students, that's means if you don't have interest to study higher and want to do job after B.Tech CSE then IT sector is the best for you.
