It all depends on your interests. One may get into a highly paying job, but one is not interested in it, one won't be able to make it in the long run. Film and TV Production are creative fields. The lifeline of these creative fields is writing. If one has is fond of reading then sky is the limit, however for films there are some other skills tagged. In TV production, one can become a script writer, online editor, assistant director, choreographer, Camera Production Assistant, Motion Control Operator, Assistant Director, Assistant production Controller, Camera Operator Camera Assistant Initially. After that as when gradually keeps getting experience one can gradually keep moving higher in the heirarchy. Of course, film and TV production does fetch one more money than journalism.
