Is M.Sc a right option after doing B.Tech?

I don't think M.Sc is the right choice after B.Tech. I am suggesting you to do M.Tech if not then you can go for MBA.

Yes, you can go for M.Sc, but I would suggest that you should go for M.Tech that is a better option.
