    Hello,
Both are the emerging fields in India. Both the fields are good to appear in UGC NET exam. If your passion is teaching then you must appear and qualify in UGC NET. The exam is conducted in month of June and December. As per the latest news the UGC NET has announced the results for the UGC NET 2017 Examination. Get it from here - https://scoop.eduncle.com/cbse-ugc-net-result it will be helpful.
If you are already pursuing Masters degree, then you can apply in result awaited category. To qualify this exam, it's essential for having the deep knowledge in your selected subject. I hope it helps.
