Is M.Sc CS degree of KSOU valid for any government job of master level ?

Is M.Sc CS degree of KSOU valid for any government job of master level. Please tell me details about it. I want to take admission in M.Sc CS & looking future in both private & government sector. please guide me for further. Please me one thing also PTU,SMU,KSOU these all three which will be better ?

All the three universities are approved by UGC and DEC and are recognized for job purpose in both, government and private sector. SMU degree is more appreciated. However, all the degrees taken through distance education has hardly have any academic value.
