No, you will not be valued because no strict criteria for admission to WILP, due to which any ordinary employee with little work experience can also enroll and pass exams. So it has no value, and hence great universities and institutes will not let you do Ph.D. If you want to do Ph.D. please do a full-time M.Sc from a valid institute because post graduation from a reputed university and institute plays a major role to do Ph.D. Wish you luck and all the best for your future endeavors.
