Yes, GITAM Bengaluru offers a two-year M.Tech programme under the School of Technology. The M.Tech programme is offered in two specialisations namely Data Science and VLSI Design. To be eligible for the Data Science programme the candidates need to have at least a 50% aggregate score in the qualifying examination from a recognised University and obtaining a score in the GAT (Engineering PG) 2023. Additionally, candidates must possess a BE/BTech/AMIE degree or its equivalent in any specialization.
