Yes, this institute offers M.Tech in satellite communication but for that, you need to very strong at your academics as the interviewer mostly ask the questions from the academics only. -

College of Engineering- Anna University (CEG, Guindy) do provide course for ME in Remote Sensing and Geomatics, but not M. Tech in satellite communications.
