<p>Comparision between these two answers is a bit difficult but here are some opints that might help:</p><p>1. NOU Orissa has a Training and Placement Cell that arranges training and placements for students, while Central University of Orissa does not have a placement cell so i would say NOU Orissa is a better option.</p><p>2. Both universities offer an MA in Odia, and both are approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and have a grade of 'B+' from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC)</p>
