An MBA in HR (Human Resources) is said to be equal to the highly rated MA (HRM & LR) curriculum at TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences). TISS Mumbai does not provide an MBA curriculum, however it does offer a well-received substitute programme called the Executive Post Graduate Diploma (EPGD).
