A lot depends on your career choice. If you are interested in a teaching profession you can go for an M.A. In economics and then a Ph.D. which would make you a professor in a college besides other job profiles like: Economist. Consultant. Professor. Policy Analyst. Budget Analyst. Market Researcher. Data Scientist. Statistician. If you are interested in mass communication, it would a good choice as the world is of media today. If you are interested in mass communication and having good skill or ready to learn that skill into yourself than you'll enjoy. Go for it. You can do M.A. Economics too which has good scope.
