    Mahatma Gandhi Secondary & Sr Secondary Education, Delhi is an autonomous body registered & recognized by Govt. of Delhi, NCT & Govt of India.
    So it is equivalent to any other board of education and also individuals are definitely eligible to write any entrance exam and opt for their field of interest.
