     Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology is a Tier 3 institution
     
    Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) is a state-level university established in 1983. It is recognised by the UGC and accredited with an "A" Grade by the NAAC. In 2022, MGU was ranked 30th in the NIRF ranking in the university category and 51st in the overall category. In 2023, IIRF ranked Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Science & Technology 69th out of 171 colleges in India. 
     
    The university has five colleges: Dental College, Medical College, Physiotherapy College, Occupational Therapy College, and Nursing Colleg
