Yes you can definitely try for B Tech at MBU. The B.Tech. course at Manav Bharti University (MBU) provides the following trades: electrical, mechanical, computer science, electronics and communications, and civil. There are 300 seats available for B Tech overall, with 60 seats available for each stream. The requirements for admittance are a 12th PCM/Diploma (45% General and 40% SC/ST), and a Polytechnic Diploma (45% General and 40% SC/ST) for lateral entry.
