is MANIPAL, ICAS worth doing? how r foreign univ tags with it n placements after doing it in abroad.

is admission in univ like illinois, milwaukee, russ is guaranteed if i do well in both sat n toefl during applying to foreign univ? is international degree under icas acceptable in india n globally? i m planning to take up manipal ICAS if i dont get any admissions in iits' n nits'.. please guide me

Please don't compare foreign universities with universities here. If you are doing post graduation first see what kind of courses offered. All are specialized courses abroad and such courses are not offered here. First you have to decide what you want to study. then you see weather it is available i
