    Since MSU is a state public university, its course tuition is reasonably priced, ranging from INR 5000 to INR 10000 per semester.
    Another recognized public university with an emphasis on rural development is GRI. The range of tuition fees is comparable to that of MSU. The very affordable hostel and mess fees at MSU and GRI are approximately INR 1000- INR 1500 per month.
    Since MSU and GRI are public universities, the government sets their tuition. Thus, not much has changed.
    Tuition at private MSU-affiliated colleges may be more expensive than at GRI or MSU.
