UK, is one of the finest study destination to pursue mass communication, there are many god universities in UK, which offers this course, some of these universities are as follows:

It depends upon the institutions that provide you the course.If you pursue it in good institution which have placement support it is good otherwise it is not.

Please don't go after country, first match if you have aptitude and zeal for mass comm. If you do, then it is good from UK without an issue.

Yes, Sure it is.. but you may not be able to build a career there as you will not be allowed t do a job there..Besides the cost is too much..
