Is mass communication a good career choice?

I am a medical student. I don't think that I'll score well in the entrance exams. So, I'm just searching for suitable career options. I scored 85% and was thinking to opt for B.Sc in forensic Science but I was not clear about its job prospects.

Mass Communication is a good career option if you are interested in making your career in journalism, advertising or public relations etc. You may specialize in digital marketing also. Opportunities are well respected with good salaries if you do MC from a good Institute.
